The opening hours are outrageous. How is an average working citizen supposed to take care of their affairs? You're open from 8 to 11:45 AM. At least put the yellow bags somewhere accessible outside of opening hours.

My partner and I were at the local administration today. We were convinced that we had an appointment for a registration today. Thanks to the lady, we found out that the appointment is actually a week later.... Despite that, she was so friendly and squeezed us in. We really felt well taken care of. Both ladies present were super competent and friendly. You don't see that often anymore, and I'm happy to take the time to write this down!

Unfortunately very unfriendly, even though no one was there. I couldn't believe my luck at first and only had a yes/no question. Years ago, I had the pleasure of a simple passport extension. I guess that's how it is when you have a monopoly and the average citizen is dependent on it.
