The rating is not for the food, as I have not had a chance to try it yet. I've been here since 7 PM, it's 8:34 PM now and I've only seen the amuse bouche so far (which was good, mind you).

We felt very comfortable. The food was excellent, although we actually thought we had reserved at the Genusswerkstatt. So we were a bit taken aback at first. But that was quickly resolved by the great service and the food. For the reservation, we would wish for a clearer distinction. We didn't know there were two restaurants. Otherwise, an absolute recommendation from us!

There were three of us and we had a table outside in the shade. Really quiet courtyard. The service was always there, but not intrusive, keep it up! We had the menu, and it was great that swapping individual dishes was possible without any problems. The dishes tasted very good to us and the wine recommendations were spot on! I would love to come back!

We celebrated our anniversary again at Adagio. To enjoy the wines, we stayed overnight at the excellent hotel. As always, we were very satisfied with the quality and service.

We celebrated our 1st wedding anniversary here with a candlelight surprise dinner. Had a cozy, quiet table. Very friendly and attentive service. The different courses were presented wonderfully and tasted excellent. Plus, a wine pairing that was perfectly matched to the menu. Really good. Sure, it's not a bargain, but quality, top service, and pampering can cost a bit.
