Elf Emil brings Christmas magic to Gonsenheim

In the Gonsenheim district library, children experience a lovingly told Advent story with Elf Emil. The Kamishibai reading theater combines large pictures, collective listening, and imaginative moments into a warm family experience during the pre-Christmas season.

A story full of traces and pranks

Elf Emil spends the Advent season with the Klein family. On his way through the forest and in the house, the little Christmas elf leaves numerous traces and creates a joyful Christmas whirl. The special picture card narration invites children to look closely, make guesses, and accompany the story with their own imagination.

Kamishibai makes listening an experience

With Kamishibai, stories unfold right before the children's eyes: picture by picture, a small theater world opens up. The manageable narrative form is child-friendly and supports language development, concentration, imagination, and shared experiences. For children aged 4 to 7 years, the event offers an age-appropriate learning experience with plenty of fun and children's laughter.

Creative Advent season in the library

After the reading theater, there will be crafting together. Children can think creatively about the story and create their own keepsake of Elf Emil. The calm crafting activity provides space for curiosity, fine motor skills, and shared time with parents or guardians.

A contemplative family experience

The event of the Public Library - Anna Seghers combines reading aloud, theater atmosphere, and creative design. Children experience a safe, manageable environment where they can listen, wonder, and contribute their own ideas. Registration is required. The entrance fee is not specified in the available event information.

Conclusion: Elf Emil and the Christmas whirl gifts families a festive Advent hour filled with picture theater, imagination, and crafting fun. Those seeking shared time, child-friendly culture, and a loving introduction to the Christmas season will experience a special family event in the Gonsenheim district library.
