Max Prosa & Band bring the garden to Mainz
On Saturday, November 14, 2026, the cultural club schon schön will transform into a musical space of thought and feeling: Max Prosa & Band will present their new album The Garden in Mainz. Doors open at 19:30, the concert begins at 20:00.
Between lyricism, sound, and grand images
The Garden opens a poetic cabinet of figures, where people meet angels, donkeys meet kings, and the pope meets Johnny Cash. The goddess Night swallows the sun, eternally waiting miss each other, and unequal lovers find each other. Max Prosa guides through this world with a voice that entwines observation and emotion closely together.
A mystical carpet of band and strings
On stage, Prosa's singer-songwriter music grows into an organic band sound. Strings expand the arrangements, while drums and bass give emphasis to the poetic narrative art. Magnus Bang Olsen arranged this special sound world, creating an orchestration where voice, text, and instruments interweave.
Live atmosphere between intimacy and impact
Max Prosa returns to the concert stage with his band, combining focused conducting, sensitive stage performance, and the immediate energy of a club concert. Calm passages allow each word to resonate before the sound gains dynamics and the audience's mood captures the room.
New songs and familiar companions
In addition to the songs from The Garden, older pieces are also expected in the musical cosmos of the evening. Prosa's career has taken him from early band projects to opening for Clueso to his own tours across Germany. In Mainz, this experience meets new arrangements and the special closeness of the cultural club schon schön.
Conclusion: A concert experience for open ears
Max Prosa & Band promise an evening of indie-pop, folk, singer-songwriter art, and poetic narration. Those who want to not just listen to music but experience it as an atmospheric journey should discover this concert live at the cultural club schon schön.
