Starbugs Comedy bring movement to the Mainz Laughter Center with JUMP! Reloaded
When three Swiss comedians dance, jump, stumble and simultaneously land precise punchlines, the audience hardly has time to catch their breath. Starbugs Comedy will perform JUMP! Reloaded at the Frankfurter Hof Mainz on April 8, 2027, transforming the stage into a fast-paced playground of visual comedy, acrobatics, and astonishing timing.
Comedy without language barriers, but with maximum impact
Starbugs Comedy relies on a unique blend of dance, acrobatics, and non-verbal comedy. Their characters communicate through looks, gestures, rhythm, and a hefty dose of stage energy. The result is immediate: a slight raise of an eyebrow is enough, and the tense attention in the hall turns into collective laughter.
JUMP! Reloaded: Life runs backward and forward
In JUMP! Reloaded, the trio virtuously rewinds life and fast-forwards it again. Slow motion meets fast motion, elegant movement clashes with controlled chaos. The show thrives on surprising twists, physical precision, and an interaction with the audience that remains charmingly cheeky. Here, no one needs a dictionary – just open eyes and robust laugh muscles.
Acrobatics, rhythm, and perfect timing
From a professional perspective, the production combines elements of stand-up, clowning, cabaret, and variety without putting itself into a box. The punchlines arise not only from text but also from timing, body posture, stage technology, and the surprising shifts between dynamic movement and apparent weightlessness. Every step hits the mark, every glance has an effect, and every seemingly accidental moment has suspiciously good timing.
An internationally awarded comedy trio
The Swiss trio consists of Fabian Berger, Wassilis Reigel, and Martin Burtscher. Starbugs Comedy performs internationally and has been awarded at the Juggler and Variety Festival in Koblenz, the audience award of the Tuttlinger Krähe, and at the German Prix Pantheon. JUMP! Reloaded continues their successful visual comedy in a refreshed stage version.
Conclusion: Mainz gets sore laugh muscles
Visitors can expect an energy-filled laughter experience with acrobatics, dance, surprising interaction, and a comedy atmosphere that works even without many words. Those who experience Starbugs Comedy live see three artists serving the seemingly impossible with a smile. JUMP! Reloaded at the Frankfurter Hof Mainz promises an evening where even gravity has to briefly ponder the next gag.
